Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
Is the sliding feature safe and easy to use?
Yes. A person just needs to sit on the bench and slide. Unlike other seats there is not a
need for a locking mechanism because the motion is smooth and controlled. This eliminates the need to reach under or around the seat to activate or deactivate the locking mechanism.
Will my fingers get caught in the sliding mechanism?
No. The slot in which the seat slides is designed so your fingers cannot get caught.
Can the Sliding-Rotating Transfer Bench be converted into a non-sliding version?
No. Although the products are designed to look similar, each model has some design feature(s) specific to it.
