Skin Protection and Positioning Gel Foam Wheelchair Cushion

This Skin Protection and Positioning Gel Foam Cushion provides long-term skin protection, promotes good posture, and helps prevent forward or sideways sliding.

The cushion is sculpted to provide greater stability while more evenly distributing pressure. The side wedges promote lateral stability to the lower extremities, trochanter and pelvis. The central pommel provides medial thigh support and helps to prevent forward sliding.

Dura-Gel™ wheelchair cushion reduces surface pressure through the use of non-aqueous Dura-Gel™ placed in three pressure zones.

The cushion uses a high-density base foam in combination with a visco-elastic topper for added comfort.

Cushion design positions the user with a moderate slope from front to back to prevent forward sliding.

Cushion also features medial thigh positioning as well as lateral positioning to provided greater stability for the user.
