SHIPPING OPTIONS:

This item will be delivered by truck delivery in a very large, heavy box that will generally require assistance with handling. We have two delivery options for your convenience.
This item is not available for expedited shipping.

Doorstep Delivery (FREE): The carrier will unload the item from their vehicle and place in front of your door for outside delivery only. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days.
If assistance with managing the box is needed, we recommend the white glove delivery option.

White Glove Delivery ($150): This is a Premium Service that is available for an additional fee. You will be contacted within 48 hours of shipping to schedule a date and time for your delivery. Typical transit time is 3-9 business days. A home delivery agent will unload your new pre-assembled item from their vehicle and place inside any first floor room of your choice. During the delivery, the agent will provide instruction for basic operation and use. At your request, the agent can either place the original packaging in a location for safe keeping (inside your home) or haul away to discard.
White Glove Delivery time may be extended further or may be unavailable in certain remote and rural areas..

Return Notice: This scooter can be returned within 30 days of receipt under our standard return policy. To be eligible for return, the scooter must include the original packaging. Please note that returns are only accepted on items in new and un-used condition with no scratches, cracks, or dirty tires. The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging to be accepted.
