My Little Margie, Volume 2Following on the success of “I Love Lucy”, “My Little Margie” was one of the first sitcoms on broadcast television and starred Gale Storm as 21 year old Margie Alright. From the episode to episode, the show followed Margie’s escapades. Many of her misadventures involved her widowed father, Vern, the vice president of the Honeywell and Todd investment firm, who Margie was always trying to her get a client, avoid a scheming woman, or just act his age. In doing so, Margie often adopted elaborate plans almost always involving a disguise and the help of her spunky neighbor, Mrs. Odett.
