These X-Large 32 inch length, heavy duty diaper liners include a wide hourglass shape to help contain bowel incontinence and are designed as flow-through pads that fill to 27.5 ounce capacity then pass additional fluid to the primary undergarment – economically extending the use of any disposable brief or undergarment. Super-Plus size works best for bariatric-size products (XL-6XL).
