Swivel Wheelchair Tray - MFR DISCONTINUED

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Turn the Tray over so the flat side of the Tray is facing downward. Note the Tray comes ready for left side installation.
(2) The Swivel Connector can be easily changed for right side installation by removing the Screws using a screw driver and placing the connector on the right side of the Tray and securing the connector on the predrilled holes of the Tray using the Screws.
(3) Place the Folding Clamp with the round opening over the swivel connector. Secure the Folding Clamp using the 1”length screw. Note the tension of the 1” Screw determines how much force will be needed to pivot the Tray in or out when installed.
(4) Insert the Adjustable Height Tube assembly with the Folding Connector end inserted into the Folding Clamp assure the rounded side is installed towards the inside of the Folding Clamp. Secure the two pieces together using the 1.5” Length Screw and one Hexagon Nut. Note the Hexagon Nut fits on one side only. Tighten with the included L Shaped Hexagon Wrench.
