The AP5000 Voice Activated Phone Dialer is an assistive device perfect for individuals with vision impairment or diminished motion control to use the phone. This voice activated phone dialer works with all types of corded and cordless phones.

HOW IT WORKS
Just pick up the handset on your conventional telephone and the phone will automatically ask you what name to dial. You just tell the phone what name to dial without ever having to push a button!!

This voice activated phone dialer also works with speakerphones and cordless phones by pushing the “SPEAKER” button on your speakerphone, or pushing the “TALK” button on your cordless phone and the hands free telephone dialer will ask you “WHAT NAME TO CALL”?

The voice activated dialer will also work with most VoIP, VPN, and PBX systems, such as in nursing homes. It will work with almost all systems that use a standard telephone jack. However, the voice activated dialer Will Not work with Cell phones.

The Dialer is based on speaker-dependent voice recognition technology. This means that only the person who trained the Dialer (used their voice to set-up the names) can use it. However, two or more users can share the same dialer. Each user would need to store his/her own names and numbers, and then can call them independently.

It is also recommended to set up and train the dialer using the same phone it will be used on for best voice recognition results.

The Dialer only works on the phone that it is directly connected to. It will not work on other phones on the same phone line. If more than one phone in the home needs to have a dialer, multiple dialers can be purchased for use on different phones, even if using the same phone line. They will work independently of each other.
